  1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  1. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@soukjoint.com. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@soukjoint.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard returns policy will apply.

  1. International Returns

For international returns, please contact us at info@soukjoint.com to arrange the return. Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties associated with the return.
